Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Seller OS. By installing or purchasing Seller OS, you agree to them.

Independent tool

Seller OS is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Fiverr. Fiverr may change its website or policies at any time, which can affect extension features. You are responsible for complying with Fiverr's terms and all laws that apply to your business.

Human review

Seller OS provides drafts, analysis, alerts, and form-filling assistance. It does not guarantee rankings, revenue, orders, or AI accuracy. You must review outputs and perform final buyer sends and Fiverr Save, Continue, and Publish actions yourself.

Plans and fair use

The Free plan has daily limits reset on UTC boundaries. Pro Monthly and Lifetime remove Seller OS daily action caps and unlock advanced tools and monitors, subject to reasonable fair use, safety controls, Fiverr safeguards, and third-party AI limits. Paid plans include up to two active browser installations unless a different activation limit is shown at checkout.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for paid purchases and handles taxes, receipts, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and applicable refunds. Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled and remain usable through the paid period. Lifetime means access for the commercial life of Seller OS version 1.x, not a guarantee that Fiverr, Chrome, or third-party AI services will remain unchanged or available forever.

Email communications

We may send customers necessary activation, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, fraud, and security messages. Product updates, workflow tips, and promotional offers require a confirmed marketing subscription and include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential service or billing messages related to an active purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse free quotas, share or resell license keys, bypass access controls, use the product for spam or deception, violate third-party rights, or use automation to evade Fiverr human checks. We may limit or disable access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or material violations.

Your providers and costs

AI services and API usage are separate from Seller OS plans. You are responsible for provider accounts, fees, limits, and terms. Seller OS does not promise that a particular AI provider will continue to offer browser or API access.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for lost revenue, account action by a third party, inaccurate AI output, data loss, service changes, or indirect damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Seller OS during the previous 12 months.
