Refund Policy
Effective September 11, 2026
If you bought Seller OS and it is not right for you, this page explains how refunds work in plain language. Your statutory rights still apply and nothing here limits them.
14-day request window for new purchases
You may submit a refund request for your initial Monthly or Lifetime purchase within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Tell us the purchaser email address, the order reference, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the problem.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize, report it to us promptly at support@sellerosforfiverr.com with the same details so we can investigate with our payment processor.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are normally non-refundable once the renewal period has started, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time so the plan does not renew again; access continues through the end of the paid period.
What an approved refund means
An approved refund ends the associated paid access. The license is deactivated and Pro features return to the Free plan limits. Processing and posting time after approval depends on our payment processor and your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email support@sellerosforfiverr.com and include:
- Purchaser email address used at checkout
- Order reference and purchase date
- A short explanation of what went wrong
Please do not send full license keys, passwords, AI API keys, authentication cookies, or full buyer conversations. For license help, the final four characters of the key are enough.
